At This Point You Might Be Thinking...
My life is crazy and my schedule is inconsistent can I still do TRIM? ABSOLUTELY! We have a weekly schedule for the program but we're creating a long-term lifestyle so we will also be teaching you how to pair nutrition with your workouts so you can make it work with whatever schedule you may have. It's all about timing but the timing can fit into anyones crazy life. 


How long are the workouts and do I need access to a gym? The workouts take between 35 and 45 minutes and can all be done at home or in a gym. Val also gives you a 30 minute option for those extra crazy days to make sure you can fit it in! 

What are the meal plans like? We are setting you up for a long-term lifestyle here, so we are not going to give you all the same meal plan and say "eat this" but rather give you access to a invaluable meal planning tool, A Healthy Passion. You will input your macros and the personal assistant, Sarah, will create for you a custom meal plan. You can swap options in and out to fit your needs and all of the recipes are in My Fitness Pal so they can be easily tracked. 


It sounds like a lot of information. I am afraid I will be overwhelmed? You will learn a lot but that is why our clients get such incredible results in such a short period of time. However it is broken down in a way that is easy to implement into your current lifestyle. It's also why we have an entire week to practice before we officially kick off the 6 week bootcamp. So by week 1 you will have the hang of things and by week 3 you will be rocking it!
